ABOUT US
OUR STORY
In March of 2020, Taylor Edge wrote a personal growth framework based on his previous 7 years of encouraging and mentoring young people. He named it Season Builder. He thought he had developed what would just be his own personal tool to use to help the young men and women he was mentoring.
As he started using it as a mentoring framework with a number of young people, it proved highly impactful. One of those initial Season Builders was Spencer Palmer. The Season Builder program had such a profound impact on the trajectory of his life, they knew this framework had the potential to help many more people. So in May of 2021, Season Builder Foundation was formed and Spencer was the first employee. Since then, many individual's lives have been impacted and the framework is being used to shape the character of high school students and equip other organizations with the tools to be effective in their own mentorship programs.

Spencer Palmer
Season Builder Coach
Follower of Jesus, inspiring communicator, and lover of people that has been called to guide, identify with, relate to, and lead his generation to find peace and freedom.
In 2019 Spencer found himself in a dark place without direction or purpose. His feelings and circumstances were the main drivers of his behavior... which was going no where fast. He knew something had to change. In 2020, he started his journey with Season Builder. Through Season Builder, Spencer developed a new way to live life based on principles and intentional actions. He’s found direction and is living out his purpose every day and now is ready to walk with others to help them find the same things.
Spencer is a former college basketball coach and college student-athlete. Spencer is married to his beautiful wife Hannah. They live in Birmingham, AL.
Dani Soto
Season Builder Coach
Passionate pursuer of Jesus, devoted wife, and fierce lover of others.
2019, Dani was called to discipling and encouraging women to take captive their inner critic and live more empowered and purpose-filled lives. While that call was super evident, Dani had no clue how to move forward with that. She struggled to identify what her purpose was, so how could she help others find theirs? In late 2021, after a prolonged season of floundering, it was the loss of her mother that brought God’s voice back to complete focus; it was time to share her story and mentor other women.
In January of 2022 Dani completed her certification as a Certified Professional Business & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach, and sought out her own journey with Season Builder, helping her to “quiet her own inner critic” and put measurable actions behind her call to help others.
Coupled with corporate experience, her own Season Builder journey, and various life experiences Dani partners together with young women through the Season Builder framework to identify an action-defined method to identify their true character, call and purpose so that they can walk in freedom.

Blair Pugh
Season Builder Coach
Child of God, joyful encourager, and compassionate leader.
After years of struggling with depression, anxiety, rejection, and insecurity during her college years, Blair found freedom through a relationship with Jesus and the trajectory of her life changed. While enrolled at Highlands College, Blair and her husband Hudson went through Season Builder. They loved how the program gave clear next steps towards who they aspired to be and experienced incredible growth. The most impactful part for Blair was having someone who believed in and encouraged her, as she learned how to live out change on a daily basis.
Based on her experience going through Season Builder and an undeniable call to impact young women, Blair left her job with a Department of Defense Contractor to coach and mentor young women to overcome the obstacles she has faced in her own life.
Blair is a graduate of Auburn University. Before Auburn, she also attended Ole Miss. All 4 years of college she was involved in sorority life.
Blair and Hudson live in Madison, AL with their pup, Lyla.
